BLUNA COLLECTION - Metal 4.0
Where PPE becomes the entire opening system
An environment that connects the spaces of the house, eliminating the separation between the kitchen and the living room. Thanks to the use of pillars, vertical elements that contain and function, each environment is developed in delimited but open areas, similar to theatrical spaces, with a large scale. Two innovative materials characterise the composition: on the one hand, the 4.0 metal lacquer that covers the columns and enhances the modernity of the whole, on the other hand the Olb abete nero, which forms the central island designed as a monolithic block. It is specially recovered from the external mantles of farmhouses and tabià, houses and barns very common in Trentino and Friuli. It is reborn to a new life thanks to cleaning and stuccoing operations and thanks to careful craftsmanship, it is unique in its kind, as its appearance and characteristic shades have been determined exclusively by the joint action of the sun and atmospheric agents such as snow, rain and wind. Another important element is the innovative Spiga sandstone floor. The 30° inclination of the doors and the worktop create a pleasant gap; the lighted space, which recalls the characteristic V-shape of the ear of wheat, enhances the concept of a new functional aesthetic by providing access to the equipped spaces.
Detail columns with miles of smoked glass fronts and frame in black aluminium finish. Internal structure in rovere terranera bilaminate finish with back in grey fabric finish.
COLLECTION BLUNA Legno
When a path runs along infinite planes
The idea of a convivial space is at the centre of this project: a square island is the host and dominates the scene in an undisputed manner. The square is intended to be a welcoming shape and an element around which you can walk and spend every day of your life in complete serenity, values that are further consolidated by the snack plan, which increases the possibilities of meeting. The columns and wall elements have doors that protrude 15 cm from the structures, interrupting the monotony of the repeated facades and at the same time allowing a comfortable grip for the opening, the void breaks the balance and at the same time generates a library or simply a cone of light. The materials used have a classic flavour, a bilaminate of pietra piasentina is combined with rovere grigio londra wood. To complete the decor, a living wall is combined with the same materials used in the kitchen and enriched with Reflex display cabinets that give light and dynamism to the composition based on the concept of staggered shelves. A picture and low columns form the background.
BLUNA Tech COLLECTION
The peninsula is the centre of a friendly environment
A project that makes you rediscover the pleasure of living in a warm kitchen. A real laboratory of professional inspiration, with all the accessories and equipment needed for food preparation, as well as the typical details of a refined furnishing product that further extends the wide range of exclusive Binova worktops. The materiality of natural wood for a pleasant aesthetic and tactile sensation, the doors of the Tech aluminium wall units are combined with the carbon rovere wood of the base and wall units: a set of high-tech materials that contribute to create a unique product. A large peninsula acts as a watershed between the column area and the living area. The whole project is centred on the theme of mirrored openings: the peninsula has a central one allowed through a wooden paneling, while the columns open up to give rise to a compartment suitable for holding small appliances and finally the living wall with a wooden display case and back in its centre.
